Quiet concerning, witnessed a very vulgar and abusive argument between two of the staff. Understandably it was a busy bank holiday but the in front of all the customers really ruined my lunch. It's a shame as it's a lovely location. I believe the staff need training.

I used to visit here very regularly pre lockdown and the staff and service was amazing. Visited a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a while and experienced very poor service. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I called in today for a coffee at 4.30pm to find machines had been shut down for closing and only teas was available - and no fresh cakes etc. As they dont close until 5.30, and this time of day is popular with after school and early finishers, I was really shocked. Such a shame the previous staff are no longer there as they really did make the place worth visiting.

We ordered breakfast but when it came the food was stone cold so we sent it back and it came back barely warm- the staff were not busy but they just didnt care at all about the quality of the food or the service they were giving. No apology or explanation. We are local but I will not be back.
