I have used Nigel and Jans professional services several times now and I am very impressed. Surveys have been very detailed, informative, and always arrived promptly. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable and helped me walk through several findings from the surveys. I really appreciate Nigels help in the follow-ups. Overall, really friendly, great service, high quality report. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in SW London and use again myself!!

Nigel was great from the start. Our original surveyor from a different company had an accident and could not complete our initial survey, however he sent us his notes on the property. Nigel gave us his honest opinion that we probably didn't need to undertake another survey as the notes from the previous survey would have shown up any glaring issues. We decided to go ahead with the survey and Nigel managed to fit us in with relatively short notice, even though the property was located on the outskirts of where the company is based he accepted and the survey was very detailed. He has also given us detailed advice and explanations about the survey during a phone call we had after we have received the survey report. The survey was undertaken on a Tuesday and the report was received on Friday evening - out of hours as they were kind enough to give us a phone number so we could text and notify them when we had made the payment. Overall great service and would recommend!

Ive had two surveys with Nigel (one of the properties fell through) and both times the surveys were very thorough with the details in the reports. The surveys were organised very promptly and reports sent quickly too. The best part however, was being able to phone Nigel to go over points in the reports and Nigel's receptiveness to discuss as much as needed on any tricky points. Definitely recommend this company!
