Care Chemists

person at the till unprofessional and extremely rude

Pharmacists are there to take care/advice people. This "care" chemist does the complete opposite. The person's attitude at the till is beyond my understanding. I have experienced it myself and seen him treat other people visiting the chemist with a very bad attitude. I really advise people with self respect not to visit this chemist. I have reported this to the NHS and Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman you should do too if you have experienced this at this pharmacy.

Very unorganised and unprofessional. This is the last time Ill ever use their service if you call it that.

I've been using this pharmacy for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and many times I've witnessed professional caring advice from the man behind the counter. One time he called the hospital for a lady who had some issues to get advice on what she needs to do. I have also witnessed rudeness from customers but the staff are always patient and simply do the best they can. I'm sure most people in our community of Roehampton are thankful for the work that care chemist do for us all
