        Limited selection. You are better off going to the B&Q New Malden which is 5mins away and is a full size store.

        Absolute joke of a B&Q. Website clearly states they accept returns of items purchased from other B&Q stores. Rented a car (16 per hour) and took some items I had purchased from New Malden a couple of weeks ago. Accepted return of some items but not a small shelving unit 'because they don't sell it at the Roehampton Asda store'. That's clearly not the returns policy on their website. Wasted 16 on the car journey to try to return a 30 item.

        You cannot return things that they do not sell. (Very, very small in store selection). I was told otherwise when calling ahead to confirm. I had to make the trip to B&Q New Malden instead.
