        Amazing doctors and reception staff. Can be difficult to get through sometimes but they will do as much as they can to help you. If they can't fit you in then they will try at Putney Mead!

        Staff are understanding and helpful but appointments can run up to 30 minutes late with them being sometimes rushed. I suggest asking to have an appointment specifying to see a doctor not nurse.
