        Im changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Previously, the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful (dates to 5years ago) but my most recent visit couldnt have been more opposite. The receptionist was lovely, very patient and considerate. The doctor (Dr Patel) tended to all of my needs and left me feeling very satisfied with the visit. Couldnt have gone better!

        The most inefficient service I have ever experienced. The reception is the rudest ever. They kept interrupting me on the phone after waiting 35 minutes in queue, then the person hung up on me not helping to arrange my prescription. I have serious medical condition and this woman really distressed me over the phone which affects my health condition too. Absolutely awful

        Recently joined was very apprehensive after reading the reviews and leaving my former beloved surgery but I moved and former surgery was too far. The reviews don't do the surgery justice the receptionist was lovely to me on all occasions including when I made a mistake and they had to call for clarification. I got appointments offered to me on the day. The doctor was so thorough and diligent I felt in safe hands. I had a great experience so far
