        Nikki the receptionist has been incredibly helpful and friendly and is definitely a very professional and knowledgeable member of the surgery she makes you feel comfortable and welcome a pleasure to talk too.

        The surgery itself is fine, but the old, white-haired receptionist, Nikki, is incredibly rude at all times. She always has a nasty and confrontational attitude. The other day, when I went to pick up a form, she was more interested in very loudly gossiping and badmouthing the GPs rather than helping me out. She also belittles people whose first language isn't English and is extremely rude while talking to them.

        Have been with danebury surgery for almost 15 years and have never had a problom with there service,and nikkie there receptionist is so nice when ever I call or see her with a problem she will go out of her way to do the best she can to help me and my husband, always polite and conciderate.
