        You pat 3.15 for a small vanilla latte most places charge 2.95 ,there's been no large cups for over 2 months or more ,some of the staff don't even say please or thanks ,always looks untidy

        For the second and last time I visit this place, I bought a bouquet of flowers with a price of 15 at the checkout I paid 15.35. When I asked why I was paying 0.35 extra they couldn't answer me and started behaving rudely. I am not for 0.35p but i will never go back there again. Petty crooks

        Staff at the petrol station is unbelievable rude. I have asked if I could use the toilet as I was stuck in traffic on A3 for 25 minutes, I explained that I had a procedure that I couldnt hold a lot time. They literally said - our toilet is out of order find somewhere else. I begged then because I was in pain to use their toilet - no empathy either from the staff or their manager. It disgusts me how people can be so selfish! From now on I will make sure I will never stop at this garage again!
