    Whenever I call i never get through even in an emergency

    This Citizens Advice Service is atrocious. You will need to be on hold for up to an hour before getting through to anyone there, and thats only if the automated line doesnt cut you off before then. On one occasion I did get through to them they said there wasnt anyone who was able to speak to me but they would get someone to call me back within the next hour. Three days later I am still waiting for that call back. They did also say that they would send me an email, which they did, but getting an automated email from a no reply email address is no use to man nor beast. Now Im in the same position I was in initially where I have to phone them up to get any sense out of them. It will come as no surprise that I will no doubt have to go round in the same circles as before getting no help for an urgent matter. These people are as useless as their system is for dealing with issues and they may as well close down the Advice centre. Youd be better of cutting your losses and accepting that there is no help out there. This is particularly bad for vulnerable people. I'd give this place 0 stars, but there is no option for this, so I have to give one star!

    They do not pick up the call, and even now that covid restrictions have been lifted, they still did not open the drop in service back again. I feel hopeless, as I tried contacting the national line and the man said "contact your local one", but they will not answer not even after two hours.
