        Usually good service but today the guy at the cash was really rude. I was asking if they charge for bags and he was acting like I was accusing him of charging me for a bag. I just wanted to know if they normally charge (as they got a poster up saying they charge 10p). I tried to clear it up by saying I was just asking, and he followed up by saying he can show me the receipt to show he didn't charge. I tried clearing the air again and he was like "okay thank you" dismissively. It was really embarrassing to be treated like that in front of the other customers. I don't live far away and am a regular there so I was really taken aback by this.

        This place is now run by two young men we wish them best of luck and they are really friendly, hard working family business and they do Amazon and collect+ customer pick up service and I want all the people in South woodford to support they local businesses
