I have been having PT sessions (both virtual and in person sessions) with Ben since 18 months ago and I would wholeheartedly recommend Ben to anyone I know. Ben is very caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable about personal fitness. I personally benefited enormously from my sessions with Ben and will continue to work with Ben for the foreseeable future.

Ben is my first PT and he's amazing! He makes me feel so comfortable and I never feel embarrassed about the weights I'm using (starting small) or if I can't do anything. He's so good at making me realise how far I've come. We also have great conversations - every session is like being with a friend in the gym, not a PT!

Im not sure how long the character limit is for a review, but I could spend it all telling you what an amazing PT Ben is. Ive worked with other trainers before and always started with the enthusiasm to eat better, lose weight, and build muscle but never had the willpower to maintain those habits long-term, usually Id last about a month or so (big January 1st New Years resolution energy). I reached out to Ben in late May after my weight ballooned up to 113kg and he took me on as a client straight away. Now, moving towards the end of August, I stepped on the scale this week and was at 97kg. Ive also undergone changes in my body composition, going from 36% to 41% lean muscle mass, so the actual fat loss is more substantial than what would otherwise be reflected by weight alone. Most importantly, my willpower is stronger today than when I started and I know that Im finally going to reach my goals, because thats the effect that Ben has on people. Every training is a workout, but its also a learning session. Ben is eager to explain the why behind every movement and exercise. He gets enthusiastic about breaking down diet and exercise myths. He loves finding reasons to complement and motivate. Ben remembers the little things you mention in passing, maybe a frustration at work or a chore youve been putting off at home, and asks you about it when youve come back to see him again. All of that to say that he genuinely cares about his clients. When you pair that personalized attention with this expansive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, diet, and exercise, its clear why hes so successful. Hes really the best. If you have any concerns at all about reaching your goals via personal training (whatever they may be), send him a call or message. I can promise that you wont regret it.
