My boiler wasn't igniting. Ben came around the next morning and checked it, serviced it and got it running again. Explained everything really clearly. Very polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beales Services to others.

My boiler and my thermostat were not connecting, and my heating was not turning on. I found Beales after a google search of services in my area and after reading the reviews I decided to call. They answered straight away and asked me to send pictures to see if they could help, and not after long a time was scheduled for the same morning. When they arrived they were very fast in solving the problem, I was quite surprised with that as I thought they would have to go an order another part, however they had the part in the van already. Very friendly service as well! Would definitely use again and recommend.

Ben serviced our boiler, replacing an internal filter and adding a magnetic filter. He also checked our radiators, replacing the thermostats which no longer worked. He responded to our initial enquiry quickly and was very nice to deal with (including fielding chatter from our 3yr old!). He worked quickly and tidily. We're very pleased to have our heating system working efficiently now and would definitely get him back for future jobs.

Ben installed our new boiler. He is an excellent guy who is very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and fast.
