Used to be an excellent company,not now I paid for flights to Orlando they now won't honour the price I paid,an extra 300 per person! Customer service do not reply to emails!and Harry is one of the most rude disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid this company

Booked a holiday last year. Due to coronavirus it was cancelled. Two options: full refund, or keep the money and just book again this year. We chose option 2, well they wouldnt give us our money back unless we pay a cancellation fee for cancelling a holiday we dont have booked with them.. robbers to the full..
