        Been without heat and hot water for 2 weeks now. Engineer visited 12 days ago. No communication unless I phone them. I can't belive domestic and general insurance deal with a company like this. They arre supposed to repair my boiler today between 9 and 5pm it is now 3 40pm and no communication on there part.
