Put my car in for MOT and they charged me for changing a light which they didn't change. Only after paying did I start up car to see light hadn't been changed. When challenged they offered to refund but said they had spent time trying to fix it but there was an electrical fault so it wasn't a simple fix. It's poor service and disingenuous to charge for something that hasn't been fixed and then to not even highlight that it hasn't been fixed to a paying customer.

Used to go here for servicing, mot and repairs and since there was the owner the place was lovely.. Now the old man with glasses running the place is really rude and out of manners. The garage isn't like before anymore. Today i had an appointment at 9am for MOT and due to traffic and having a 1yr old baby i got there 9.12am (i have recorded proof). The young guys gently told me they would have called me if any problems occurred, 3hrs after i get back to the garage as it was really taking soo long and this old man said that it was my fault coz i got there in late, when i asked they could have called me to advise me the old man just replied that i could just take the car back in a really rude manner. Even the lady at the desk was embarrassed so i just took my car and i will never go back there as long i will see that man there. Hope he goes in pension soon and leave space to the young guys inside there which are really polite. The garage was fantastic since the owner was there. Hope it will be good again one day.

Took my car here for MOT today. Super friendly people. Did the M.O.T. in super quick turnaround time. And no long list of advisories etc, nor tried to fail the MOT just to try and make extra income - like many MOT test centres do these days! Would use again, IF any mechanical issues occur with my car, and my new go-to for the annual MOT. Nice honest garage.
