City Plumbing Ltd and City Bathrooms

So I was told about City Plumbers by a friend. Super happy to find this place, cant recommend them, the products they provide and the personal service that I received from Danny and Kay. They were so patient with me as I changed my mind with products and even the layout of the bathroom. Their knowledge in this area is top notch. Honestly I cant thank them enough, my bathroom is exact what I wanted and more. Excellent service and outcome. Thank you.

I came to City Bathrooms to look for a new bath and cannot recommend them enough! Its so good to go to a showroom where they know what exactly what theyre talking about. I never knew I could get exactly what I pictured in my head in reality! So excited for my new car bath to arrive! Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I've been shopping at City Plumbing & City Bathrooms for a few years now and would highly recommend them. From day one they have treated me like a VIP, super welcoming and always going the extra mile. Everyone I know who deals with them has positive things to say. Plenty of stock to choose from and a large showroom with a lot of items on display. Coming here makes my life easier. I literally have to tell them what I am after and where it is going. So many times they have been able to offer me a better solution or advise on how to adjust my plan to get a better outcome. Items have always been delivered when they say they would, or sometimes even weeks earlier! Last year they were able to source me a toilet seat replacement from a single photo of the old toilet on my phone. The replacement was the right brand and fits perfect. I like their laid back attitude and super competitive prices! I know I can go in the shop and ask for help with finding a replacement for example for a broken tap and they will advise me well. During the shopping experience I always have the staffs full attention and they spend a lot of time to talk through the options until I am happy. I don't need to check prices online as they always are competitive without the customer having to ask. Last week I bought a sink and cabinet which they managed to get for me very quickly. I got a polite phone call to inform me it had arrived early. I'm really impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. Without doubt I will visiting again when I have a plumbing and bathroom item requirement and I seriously recommend you visit them too!
