States emergency but couldn't come out until two days later , didn't turn up on time arranged & no call to tell me, I had to chase them, window has big gap on one side not even at all (possibly wrong window fitted) I was left to clean up all the broken glass in which I cut my hand Chipped the paintwork of my car Called & texted them numerous times just kept being told I will call you back then fed with excuses My car is ruined Wouldn't use again or recommend at all

I called them at lunch, they said what the options were: - you can only buy the glass from them - you can buy it at get it fixed from them too I went there after a few hours and they fixed everything for a few minutes. Now I got a brand new window on the passenger side and all I had in the morning was a hole. Cheers, Kris Services: Auto side window replacement, Installation
