Ive been attending Adalets sound baths in South Woodford for several years now. She always creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Communication is good beforehand so you always know what to bring and to expect in the session. Adalet often starts with a guided journey before the main sound bath itself proceeds. Lying on your yoga mat, in the dim light, the sounds of the gongs and bowls reverberate and have the most deeply relaxing effect. Sometimes I drift off and other times I just allow my thoughts to swirl around the hall. The session is concluded gently and there are refreshments available with the opportunity to return to reality. I always sleep well after a sound bath and feel grounded. Adalets approach is inclusive, caring and positive. I thoroughly recommend her sound baths!

A delightful treatment room in the centre of town. I have used Adalet for many years now. Her customised aromatherapy blends are always wonderfully soothing. The hot stone massages are a real treat. Highly recommended

Adelet is a warm , serene and approachable therapist who exudes care, patience and a genuine desire to help heal where clients need it most. I love the wide range of therapies she offers (especially the Fusion option) and she is totally devoted to her craft. The room in which she practises her treatments is bright, airy and calming. I highly recommend Adelet for her listening skills and understanding of a clients' specific emotional issues and accordingly applying the best treatment to achieve a positive result.
