        Extremely disappointed with this service. A quote was agreed and spoke to them several times on the phone, provided them with all the information they needed by email. Little or no communication in response to my emails containing details they required. I put them in touch with the other party's solicitors and copied them into all correspondence. Still nothing from them. Only to call them today and be told that they could not act on my behalf? With no warning, zero communication and a total lack of consideration. At no point did they communicate they needed anything else from us. If they required a signed document then they should have actually sent one to me.. Would not recommend to use them at all.
