        Its been a month since I joined BattleBox CrossFit and it has changed my life. Probably one of the best decisions Ive made. It definitely is not like the traditional gyms; all of the coaches help out and teach the fundamentals of every movement to ensure that were doing it properly and avoid any injuries. I dont think I can go anywhere else now! The passion for fitness that has been brought forth by Sue and Paul is definitely infectious and makes you want to truly enjoy each session. There is a huge sense of community which makes the experience even more fun!
