Took out a mid term contract with this business to look after my residential estate. Standard of cleaning was ok at best, but not the high attention to detail that Ive come to expect from other cleaning businesses Ive used previously. When trying to address my concerns to the business owner, she becomes rude and aggressive. I am disappointed that there is a breakdown in business interests and what my requirements are. It seems more about invoicing me for the amateurish standards of cleaning than client satisfaction and commitment. Will not use Simply Sparkles again have steered several other of my friends businesses away from using this company. Please avoid if you want fairness and professionalism. We have been using Simply Sparkles regular cleaning services for our office premises since 2007. They have always provided the highest level of service and their employees are very professional and well trained. I would highly recommend the company to any office manager who wants clean office with least hassle. Service: Cleaning
