Marco is a very pleasant individual ; he is extremely helpful and I have complete trust in every advice he gives .
Marco sent an excellent service engineer , Chirag Panchal , to service our ECA boiler . Chirag is professional , knowledgeable and answered every question I had . Very happy with Chirags service .
