I discovered these guys earlier in the year. I have dabbled with using Rapeseed oil as my cooking oil of choice a few times prior but never really found one that really stood out. Then I found Fussels, and in particular their infused oils. I then discovered their vinigerettes, mayo's, sauces etc. I think I have pretty much the complete product range in my kitchen now. As a foodie, I know the benefits these products bring with their better fats and 6 months after using their rapeseed oils or their rapeseed oils mixed down slightly with very high quality olive oil, I have seen a definiate improvement in weight and body fat, but they taste REALLY great too. Add in the fact they are pretty local (within 100 miles) to me, and it's better still. I can't complete this review without mentioning the lovely Phoebe and Lizzy. Total assets to the team and if Tim ever sells up, these ladies will have a job offer on the table from my company slightly further south ;)
