Unbelievably rude, slow and unapologetically incompetent. I sense by my dealings with the manager that a toxic culture runs deep in this company. I believe it was Sean I was passed onto - who is probably being paid to manage complex situations and put things right - but instead went on a tirade and essentially blamed me for his own incompetence in a failed collection... talking over me at every opportunity. Here we are an exhausting 6 + months and many chaser calls and emails later still trying to resolve what should be a straight-forward issue. I hope anyone making a large investment decision that will impact their business will take these reviews seriously and remove this company from any involvement in their affairs.

Unfortunately 1 star is the least I can be aloud as I wouldn't rate them that high,more the staff than the product which I can't comment on,I was sent here for a collection as I'm a lorry driver and I've never been treated in such a worthless way in my life.The forklift just dumped some tatty old machinery falling to bits on my lorry where ever he wanted not listening to me on how I wanted it loading then once it was all on my lorry the staff all disappeared and said it's on your lorry now it's not our responsibility,very rude I certainly will not be going back again
