This place has parking near by. Its really beautiful. They lost a star as the bird hide has closed down. That looks like the best spot to see out to the broads. They should remove it or build a new one. The dog had a nice walk and the scenery is lovely. I was so excited to see a water shrew I have never seen one before.

Would have been better if the hide had been open, a word of warning the sleepers in the car park are extremely slippery my wife slipped and now has bruising down the right leg

We came here while walking around the area, there was lots of wildlife to see including a Chinese water deer and a Marsh harrier. Highland cows were grazing the reserve. Which we use for grazing meadows. Although we didn't see any bird hides we didn't cover all areas so it's worth venturing further to see whatvelsevit has to offer
