Water is leaking in my car (not sure where from) my car has been back 4-5 times each time I was told the problem was fixed! This problem has been the same for a year now. I called them in February to re-report the issue was told someone would call me back, NO call. Called in April again was told someone would call me back NO call. Called today and asked to speak to the manager, I was told my call is being transferred to the manager to then find out the person I am speaking to is not the manager i needed to speal to (he was sales)but he assured me he will pass on the information to the manager I needed to speak to and he will call me back and again NO CALL I have been the most patient person but now I feel like they are taking advantage of my kind nature. I would give them 0stars but I have encountered a few nice staff so wouldn't be fair on them!
