I made an order nearly two weeks ago and Im still waiting and waiting. Asked twice for tracking number and they dont want to give it to me. When I asked their reply was: You will need to wait till 4/5th June for the order with Royal Mail and if it hasnt arrived by then please contact me. One package was sent by RM and another one UPC. I started to being worried if I will ever receive my order over 80. Although they reply to emails almost immediately, this is strange.

Not only the best company I have ever bought from in terms of tattoo supplies, but the best company I have ever bought ANYTHING from. I know that's a bold statement, but its true....! Their products are fantastic anyway, but their customer service is just second to none. Couldn't ask for more. I have ordered quite a few things from the Tattoo Shop and I am quite a demanding customer in terms of asking lots of questions and requesting updates etc, but there is always someone very friendly/helpful on the end of the phone and nothing is too much trouble. Ashleigh Jenkinson in particular is a customer service angel and god knows how she puts up with my emails....! She's quick to answer any queries (and I've sent her loads!) and goes above and beyond to help - always in a friendly manner which goes such a long way :) The updates on products which have been slower than usual to come over from America have been brilliant too. Honestly - they're just the best. Confused over the negative reviews - don't pay attention to those! Thank you SO much - won't shop anywhere else x

Made a big order, had lots of help, good value and next day delivery after ordering late afternoon, well packaged. Nothing bad to say and confused with the negative reviews.
