        I've used BHL for almost a year and received nothing but excellent service, quality products and very fast delivery. Can't recommend them enough!

        BHL were great apart from using Evri for delivery who were poor. My parcel was showing as collected from BHL and stayed that way for 6 days. It only changed after contacting BHL to escalate it with Evri. It would be good to have a choice of parcel company. Happy to pay more to not use Evri.

        Ordered a toilet seat from BHL via Amazon. The seat was delivered via Wolseley, a third party plumbing supplier and not directly from BHL, so there was no tracking or indication when it might be delivered. Not sure what would have happened if we hadn't been in when Wolseley turned up. Unfortunately, the seat wasn't the same as advertised on Amazon (an incorrect listing) and therefore not suitable. The e mail response from BHL was pretty short and didn't explain how to return or timescales for a refund. A second prompt e mail did receive a response along the lines of wait for Wolseley to contact you to arrange collection, then BHL will arrange a refund. Not the greatest customer experience and if you are ordering with BHL, check to see where the items are coming directly from them or a third party supplier. Not sure that I would have the confidence to order again as there are more professional and customer service orientated suppliers available.
