In the middle of moving house and needed simple, fast storage, and this is exactly what I got And its exactly how it works, booked online, paid the monthly fee and moved my things in same day, hassle free and the 24hour flexible secure access makes life so much easier when needing to drop things off or collect items when required. Superb experience and Steve the owner is a real help on hand to assist answer questions if required. I'd reccomend to anyone. Thank you Steve

Incredibly satisfied with the service, and would highly recommend! We decided to give Express Storage a try after finding that our initial choice was actually fully booked. We were able to easily book a space online in the morning and were able to access it within the hour, so I was incredibly impressed with how intuitive and fast the process was. Plenty of space to leave all our camping gear, with much more room to spare. The owner came out to greet us when we arrived, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Again, many thanks to him for the fast turnaround in obtaining a space on the same day that we booked it. Advice for people using this storage place is that you will need to provide your own padlock + key, which we didn't have but fortunately there was a superstore minutes away that resolved this. The owner did mention that he may be providing his own locks for new customers in the future, so this might be a non-issue for people after this review, or for those who are more prepared than we were! Another note is to be cautious when using a Satnav or google maps to navigate to the storage location, as it can take you around a long winded road for 15 minutes, instead of taking a direct route to the gate. We only needed the storage for a few days but the price was very reasonable, especially considering we could have had it for the full month. All in all, a very pleasurable experience, and will be definitely using Express Storage should we be in the area again!
