We recently purchased a caravan from Austin who gave us a good part ex deal. We found Austin to be extremely helpful, and fair with the trade in. On our first outing we discovered that the fridge was only working on gas. We contacted Austin and after checking out the fridge discovered that it was irreparable. Austin immediately ordered us a brand new fridge and fitted it for us free of charge. There was no quibble about it at all. We would recommend Austin to anyone who is thinking of buying a caravan. He is a kind honest lad with high standards.

Austin went out of his way to fit us in at short notice when we urgently needed a new water pump. Efficiently and expertly done within our time constraint. Very pleasant to deal with .
