we went to Robert Little's today, to sell our van, which we bought from him a year ago, we converted it into a camper, which was great fun but we needed to sell it. We received a fantastic service , kind and friendly, He bought our van and he even took us back home which was an exceptionally kind gesture which we are both very grateful for. The customer service is amazing which is very rare these days, we will highly recommend him and would like to add that his staff are friendly and very pleasant, the coffee is nice too!

First review I have ever done.. Left my job after 25years + doing mechanics and MOT testing.. needed a big van of my own for my new venture.. spotted what I was looking for in a transit van twin rear wheels on eBay.. contacted Robert with some questions and he replied exactly as I would if I was selling something.. so that made me decide to driving 200+ miles up the country to go have a look for myself.. in the mean time Robert sent me all the pictures and video walk rounds I had asked for picking up on all the blemishes and marks and what ever else he could find on a 2012 plate transit.. it was basically like sending myself up there to view the van before I had seen it for myself.. arrived on a Saturday morning test drove the van around 10 miles had a good look round it spotted some tired looking brake discs as the van had been stood for a while.. not only did Robert fully service the van he also replaced the front discs along with new genuine ford motorcraft pads new front wheel bearings also serviced the rear brakes and fitted two new excide batteries and replaced the central locking antenna as he found it a bit temperamental at times while in his possession also he did me a replacement key and coded the key in house all this was done in the price of the van.. we struck a deal on the batteries as I could not let him pay for the two batteries.. then the following week I caught the train to Carlisle station Robert came and picked me up personally within twenty minutes of me calling him to say I had arrived.. once arrived at his garage all the paperwork and v5 swap over and taxing the vehicle was done with ease no stress no hassle nothing is to much trouble... I then drove the van 200+ miles back home and it drove like an almost new van not what you would expect from a 2012 van of its size.. Robert even txt'd me a few hours later to see if everything was going ok.. being in the motor trade all my working life I can honestly say Robert is a true old school mechanic with old school morals this is first time in my life I have ever trusted someone to do any kind of mechanical work on one of my vehicles and I must say this has been a pleasure to not only to meet Robert but to have had a pleasant trouble free purchase of a vehicle.. I have actually thought about that if I need any work doing on the van and I'm to busy in my new venture I wouldn't hesitate to recover the vehicle to Robert to have the work done.. 100% top bloke and very well kept and loved family run owned company.. thank you Robert I will keep in touch.. 5+stars without a Shadow of a doubt...
