Disappointed. Test drove a car in January 2023 and was allowed to do a 40 mins test on a flat tire. Bit unsafe. Misled about cambelt needed doing and despite the auto-trader ad stating "all cars come with a 6 month comprehensive warranty as standard" this was reneged during negotiation due to it being a part-ex. I requested a full service and promised valet in light of this. I picked the car up a few days later, with interim service only having paid asking price. Drove home 60 miles on 4 illegal tires (1 slow puncture and 3 cracked) after taking a de-tour to their mechanics garage in the middle of nowhere after rising the cambelt issue (referred to him for extra cost, no less). I would have liked to have been made aware of the true state of the tires, especially if a mechanic had looked at it. Even he said the cambelt did need doing... Car was in poor state; 2x deeps chips on windscreen, loads of deep scratches on all windows, 4x knackered tires, cambelt over by 2 years and generally dirty/unclean externally. I now know I was mis-sold. I decided to keep the vehicle as a lesson to myself, instead of returning it. I have put 1k into the car to make sure it will now pass the MOT. I can't recommend this company. I dealt with John and someone else (maybe Phil?). They were nice people, but it would have been nice for a bit more transparency during communications. This is my first and last time with East Devon Motor Company/Rob White Cars, which is a shame.

Bought a great little car from this garage (a Mercedes A class). Ive been really pleased with it. The staff are really helpful and there are no hard sales. It feels like you are dealing with knowledgeable mechanics who take pride in the cars on offer (as opposed to pushy, commission driven sales people). Will definitely recommend.

Extremely poor, advertised a car with warranty but claimed there was no warranty. Was misled about the cambelt needing doing and was allowed to test drive the car which we later discovered had illegal tyres! Best avoid in my view, can't be trusted.
