KRAV MAGA EXETER

I've joined a few weeks ago and strongly recommend Krav Maga Exeter. The training can be demanding but it is of very high quality, with a highly pragmatic approach to self defense. The two instructors are an absolute find, being both very approachable and patient. The lessons are focused, with each set of moves being repeated and built over multiple sessions. Each lesson has so far finished with some sort of pressure exercise against multiple opponents, which I've personally found particularly useful. The venue itself has plenty of parking and is quite spacious. Class sizes have been between 8 and 12 of mixed genders, ages and abilities. The group is quite welcoming, so come along! I have been following krav for a while but it was very difficult to choose the right club. after some really deep research i chose Krav Maga Exter and what a fantastic group of people Definitely recommend Bri and his team who are true professionals passionate about Krav

I would highly recommend Krav Maga to anyone for fitness while also having fun learning self defence with great club members. Brian Smith is an excellent instructor who has plenty of experience and knowledge.
