        Had an urgent request as I'd ended up in hospital, so had to organise everything last minute. Margaret was amazing, so helpful & understanding. It was one less thing to worry about during my stay. Spotlessly clean. Warm & dry. Will use again/recommend without hesitation.

        Our cat has stayed at the cat hotel 4 times now. He can be quite shy and timid with new people and can suffer from Cystitis. However, he is so well looked after at Premier Cats Hotel that we know he is in safe hands whilst we are away. The facilities are excellent: the rooms, which are cosy, warm and exceptionally clean, include a cat bed, scratching/climbing tree as well as a window to watch what is going on outside. There is also a bird cage which is moved around to keep the cats entertained. Margaret and her team are all very friendly and spend time each day with the cats; you can also see photos and videos on Facebook of your cat during their stay. We cannot recommend the Premier Cats Hotel enough!
