I had a massage and a facial bought for my birthday and had the peasure of Carly looking after me. She was warm, friendly and very welcoming but that wasn't the best of it. I'm a fairly muscular chap who works at a computer all dayand always ask for extra focus on my neck and shoulders. I've had hundreds of massages all over the world literally and I've never had a massage that took such attention to detail. Carly knew instinctively where every aching muscle was and i walked out of there not needing to drive, I floated home. I will be back and thanks for a wonderful afternoon :)

OUTSTANDING. Every single thing about Balance is incredible. Its like stepping into a different world. The staff, the treatments, the care and attention, the ambience. Seriously, if you have not been here and are looking for therapists at the top of their game, what are you waiting for. Amazing experience.
