I drove all the way down from London to view a property I wanted to make an offer on only for the viewing to be cancelled on the day. I had already driven down from London the night before and paid for accommodation. The viewing was also only cancelled by email which meant I did not see it till an hour or 2 before it was meant to happen. If I had been called first thing at least I could have gone for a walk or something instead of hanging around waiting to see if it would happen. I also had to call about 3 times for an update, they never once called me first. Absolutely shocking service, do not drive down for a viewing, its not worth it if they can't guarantee it will happen
