Just called for the results of my xray and they told me there is no doctors in today to tell me my result i think that's ridiculous. So if you need a doctor today you will have to got to A&E

Very poor, but no worse than the rest of the Country. I have a life altering, terminal condition, which is apparently quite rare. The practice genuinely doesn't care, nor does the specialist, it will be 2 years in May that I've actually seen anyone. Very upsetting.

Rude and unhelpful reception, loudly announced a private prescription in front of all the other clients. Avoid

Just another number, stuck at the bottom of a pile of paperwork. Too many forgotten essential prescriptions not done on time..or until I've tried calling waiting 8th in line for ages! Reception staff are lovely, most GPS are too. They just need a good kick up the bum to pull themselves together to meet better standards. Can honestly say this is the worst practice I've ever used. I hate criticism. I really hope things change for the better. Perhaps it's a case of management that needs rearrangement. I've gone days without vital medication which could potentially cause death. Sadly due to a forgotten prescription I experienced a psychotic episode that took weeks to fully recover from As some of these are specialist prescriptions. From a specialist gp prescriber I cannot access help from 111 either. Been like this in the 7 years of using the practice.
