        Abusive staff, by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Following every rule that was put in place to the letter wasnt enough for this entitled old woman. Even got security for no reason who came off threatening holding a drill. Do not go here.

        We turned up expecting to take the pottery straight away unfortunately this was not the case, explained that we had travelled to get there. Staff were amazing, they gave us an alternative option so my niece wasnt disappointed and could still paint. Lots of brushes and equipment to choose from. Cant praise the place enough: Attentive staff!! Lovely environment!! Reasonably priced!! We had a lovely morning out. Thank you!!

        During the week I took my little boy who is 3 here, I was unsure whether I needed to book but it was thankfully quiet so we manged to get a space. My son chose to paint a racing car for his Grandad. We sat down and the lady who was working there that day explained what we needed to do. I was super nervous about going due to my son having a disability, but we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. Before we left we booked again for next week so my sons dad could take him. I started chatting with Mauria (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) but she was lovely. My son having a disability gets scared very easily with new people but he felt very comfortable around Maruia lots of smiles and laughter. She definitely is a credit to your company. Thank you once again we had so much fun look forward to seeing you soon
