Purchased a hot tub from Euphoria a while ago and have had to have 2 pumps fitted which we paid for the last pump lasted for just over1 year at a cost of over 500.00 asked for a contribution towards the pumps repair and was told no. Did not expect to have a full refund just a gesture of goodwill as we always use your products bought from your store and have recommended family members to purchase from here. This has left a bad taste in our mouth and we will not be returning for further sales or recommendations.

Highly recommend, Great service and installation. Friendly and knowledgeable team who go the extra mile. Since using our J325 it has helped me unwind and sleep better. If you are looking for a Hot tub then go visit these guys who will find that perfect hot tub for you.

Had a new hot tub fitted last week after 13 years with the old one. Very easy and quick set up after base and electrics pre sorted. All done including fill within three hours and instructions and training. Nice and easy with new touch screen. Sound system easy to use and sounds great. Been in it several times already admiring the view. Thoroughly recommend one.
