        Petty Knowes sets the standard by which we judge all other holiday cottages we stay in. Its exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated and furnished.. The views from the cottage are amazing and its perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding areas and its also very close to the Scottish border which gives even more options.. The added extras of a hot tub and the gin room are good too. We have been spending at least a week here, every year, for the last 8 years..What better recommendation can I give? The owners, Joanne and Gordon, are lovely and will do their best to make sure you have a good holiday.
