        Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room Staff were very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an early start on the first morning, so a member of staff organised a breakfast tray to be sent to our room before breakfast time. Food was excellent quality, with good portions. The lounge area where we ate was well maintained with a cosy feel. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

        Absolutely gorgeous Sunday lunch and dessert of apple crumble and custard. Apple crumble is my favourite hot dessert and it's the best I've ever had. Lovely lovely staff. Highly recommend this lovely friendly hotel. Didn't stay so can't comment on rooms but if the hotel is as good as the food and service in the bar, it will be great .
