        The hot yoga class was truly wonderful. The lighting, room prep, music all created a calming and relaxing environment. The instructor was super. Only downside was the drilling from neighbouring unit that shattered the peace. But it won't deter me from going again. The two hours flew by and I was totally rejuvenated.

        Totally agree with the comments about the management not caring About customer care and it all being about the Money. Rebecca is very rude and customer unfriendly. Karen Dunne is the best there and would give her 100% professionalism and loved her classes .

        The studio is incredibly cramped with overpowering noise from the neighbouring restaurants, leaving it impossible to relax or enjoy. I would definitely not recommend to anyone who enjoys the peace of yoga or gong baths. Management are disinterested as long as they keep your money! Very poor indeed.
