Attended as a guest where shall i start on arrival had to park on a field not good when leaving grass very damp ruined my shoes good help us if it rained it be mud bath, next the loos where porta loos ok ish i guess but getting to and from them was like playing hopscotch on the square panels laid in the long grass and very uneven grass around them quite long needs cutting and the disabled loo had a padlock on it so could not be used at all . Next on entry to the marque the flooring need replacing very uneven and gives a lot under foot very off putting if disabled or elderly with walking problem early evening was ok but as the night draw in it got very cold about 9ish guest were putting there coats on due to lack of heating in the venue only 1 heater for a marque of that size no where near enoughyou need at least 4 one in each corner might help by 10pm it went down to 5 even outside supplies were complaning how cold it was inside the marque need better lighting outside to see yourself to the carpark and the loos

So happy to know about this hidden gem in Rochester, Kent. Highly recommend booking your next wedding here since it has beautiful land, a view of the castle/River Medway, and of course two large marquees!

We arranged a summer work party at Riverview Manor. The venue was brilliant and we was lucky with such good weather. Saf let us arrange everything, so we could arrange the party we wanted. Everyone at the party loved the venue and we had such a good day/evening. People where saying it has been the best work party they had! If you are thinking about having a party here.... Make sure you do, you will not be dissapointed. Saf also allows you to go to the venue days before to set up and allows you to clean up the next day. Just want to say thanks to Saf for letting us arrange everything ourself. We had the best party and everyone enjoyed it! Hopefully will get booked up again next sumer!!!

Attended as a guest. Very spacious tent, good location, big field, great for kids to run around. Big space for parking. But no proper bathrooms just these mobile cubicals. Not something I'd expected at a wedding. Also not great if it rains your shoes can get muddy on the way to the "batroom"
