        Our pump was delivered and failed to work from day one . Pumps Uk ltd would not replace it and we had to pay to send it back. They said nothing was wrong with it and sent it back to us. We again placed it in our basement which occasionally floods . Our electrics have been checked and it still doesnt work and with the heavy rain recently our basement is now flooded !!!!!!
