        AVOID AVOID AVOID. Transparent telecom? The opposite could not be more true. A friend of mine received bills that were all over the place. No consistency in bills at all for no reason. When you ring to question it they put the phone down. Then they take out contracts in your name without your consent when they have no right to and give you cancellation fees and pac codes they've pulled out of thin air. DO NOT TRUST!!! And they're disputing real trustpilot reviews. Funny how you don't need to prove you've delt with them when you leave a positive review. Trustpilot is full of fake ones.

        Totally miss sold phone and broadband package......!! Cost me 200 IN first month ...wish I had stayed with BT !! Supposed to save 10 a month !!! was only paying 35 with BT . plus BT broadband/ router was much better .

        Spoke to both Mellisa and Maddison on separate occasions- both very helpful and knowledgable in dealing with my questions. Both had an excellent telephone manner and my questions were answered in full and to my satisfaction.

        Daisy in the Support Team could not have been more helpful this morning. She has managed to sort a better deal for my 93 year old Father when I explained the circumstances that were upsetting him regarding his landline. I really felt as if she cared.

        No stars! How do these people get away with it!!! Such a rip off company! They took 926 from my account over a period of 12 months for line rental and broadband! Just moved to Vodaphone once my contract had expired and am now paying 224! Steer well clear of this lot
