Rude staff, never answer the complaint emails. Property full of problems and they refuse to resolve the issues.

I have been a tenant with county lettings for 8 years and their standard of service has been consistently good, fair and responsive. When there is a maintenance issue its quickly sorted and even today I was impressed with Guljar who replaced my shower so quickly - no mess no fuss and I felt comfortable with him in my home. As a small independent agent they are able to provide such a personal service to their tenants. I would be confident to highly recommend to others

I was a tenant with county lettings for almost nearly 2 years and I still would be if the landlord didnt wish to sell the house which was unfortunate for us to move on. I have had many awful experiences with letting agents over the years and I must say the service and communication from all the guys that work at county is second to none. They deserve the 5 stars. They respond to you quicker than any other agent Ive previously dealt with. They will deliver their promises and make sure everything is ok for you in the property. They were all respectful and courteous and would always go the extra mile for us and make sure if any problems we had werent fixed that same day then it would be fixed the next following day. Amazing service. Even the labourers they have working for them are so helpful and great. County definitely deserve the five stars from me and if you are lucky to rent a property from them, then your renting process will be seamless and stress free and thats the way it should be.
