Ken, Barry and Assessor Ray are a trio of absolute diamonds who take the training and support they provide seriously. We have just completed the whole set of Puppy, Bronze, Silver and Gold, taking about 10 months overall. Every session is intended to build up confidence and skills to push you and your dog out of your comfort zone. The training is always beyond the level required to pass, setting a high bar at all times. Timings go out of the window most sessions, but that is good thing as it is a reflection of their engaging approach. They will not rush any exercise or discussion in order to finish by a certain time and are always happy to chat at the end of each session around any additional support you may require. You leave the courses feeling confident that they are still there if needed and that you are a genuine member of their club. Although we still have a lot of work to do with our dog, Marlo, we feel that we have the skills, knowledge and support to keep moving forward. We cannot thank or recommend them enough.

Best place for dog training I've ever attended. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring with an excellent sense of humour too :)
