Cressida has been a breath of fresh air! I am fitter, stronger and happier since seeing her. I found her on Instagram and asked for a consultation and immediately knew she would help me to train in a balanced way. She understands the difficulty of balancing work and family life and wellbeing and is always full of encouragement for me. I really enjoy our sessions and know that if I am not feeling 100% she will adapt the plan to push me but not to break me. As a full time working mum the fact shes able and happy to come to my home and doesnt mind the occasional interruption by a small person (or them joining in uninvited!) is an added bonus! Cressida has helped me to enjoy exercising again and I cant recommend her enough.

I've been working with Cressida over Zoom for a while now. She is honestly the best personal trainer I could ever ask for. Even though it's over Zoom, it's such a collaborative process. I met Cressida at a weightlifting session I was trying out at a local gym. During lockdown, the gym owner encouraged me to contact Cressida and give personal training with her a go. We had a chat over Zoom about my goals, my worries and insecurities, my lack of fitness. Cressida just puts you at ease, every single time. After saying hi, Cressida's first question is always "how are you feeling in your body today?. It's such a great question and now I am more in tune with myself and how I feel every single day. Cressida's approach is Health At Every Size (HAES), there's no judgement, no shouting, no forcing you to do an exercise you can't (or even one you don't like). She adapts movements and she'll throw out the plan if you aren't feeling up to it without a second thought and try something else. My goal has not been to lose weight, but to get fitter and increase my flexibility. What's surprised me the most is that Cressida will always give me options for the movement - "standard", "make it a bit easier" and "make it a bit harder" and I often opt to do the harder one. I always feel great after a workout session with Cressida. They do wonders not just for my physical health, but my mental health too. I look forward to seeing her, seeing how I will challenged in each session and she has taught me how to love movement. It's always a joy with her. My advice, is have a chat with her, go look at her patreon and see if she is the right coach for you. If you think she might be, give it a chance. I think she is excellent.

I have been working with Cressida since a friend introduced me to her 9 months ago. This is the first time I have consistently stuck with an exercise programme and this is because Cressida doesnt offer an average PT experience. She is a Health At Every Size instructor she has taught me to value the positivity of my body in terms of strength and fitness, rather than focusing just on my shape. She has taught me that movement is to be enjoyed and is not a punishment or just a way to burn calories. My sessions with her are my Self Care and she greatly helps me manage the stress of a busy home and work life. We work together online since the Pandemic which is easy to fit into a schedule. She is flexible if my children are at home and decide to join in for a bit and chats to them whilst I continue my exercise. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to regain their joy of movement and appreciation of their body.
