        I had the pleasure of selling some items in Kaizens last Friday. I was very satisfied with the amount I received . On Monday I received a hand written note to say that they hadnt given me enough money. How extremely honest was that of them. In this day to actually hand write and then tell a customer they need to get more money. Thank you for excellent customer service and care. Its a wonderful place with great staff to visit. I shall recommend others.

        Very friendly and welcoming.Had some jewellery valued,got a second valuation elsewhere and was offered 100 more.Quite a difference when times are tough.Pays to shop around sometimes.
