        I purchased two express package vouchers for my fiance and daughter after seeing great reviews online. They really enjoyed the massage and facial, however once they'd left the spa, they were called back - in the rain - as apparently one of the vouchers didn't work (the vouchers were taken successfully at booking...). Unfortunately, the stress and anxiety caused by this error completely ruined the experience. **Feedback** - please ensure all vouchers / payments are successful before the treatment takes place. Thanks
